    Our goal is to create content that feels right from the start, but we’re committed to working with you through these revisions to perfect each post. Additional revisions beyond the two rounds are available at an hourly rate if needed. This process ensures a balance between efficiency and giving you the flexibility to fine-tune your content.

    2. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks and ACH for your convenience. Details on payment options will be provided on your invoice.

    3. Due Dates and Late Fees: Payments are due within 14 days of receiving the invoice. We appreciate prompt payments to keep everything running smoothly. Late fees may apply for overdue payments, and we’ll include these terms in your contract to avoid surprises.

    4. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or pause services, please let us know at least 14 days in advance. This notice period allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. Any unused portion of your payment will be handled according to the terms in your contract.

    5. Retainer and Deposit Options: For clients seeking ongoing services, we offer a retainer option, allowing you to secure priority access and lock in rates. Retainers and deposits (if applicable) will be clearly outlined in your contract.

    1. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel services, please provide a minimum of 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. This allows us to finalize any active content, wrap up projects, and make a smooth transition. Any remaining work within the notice period will be completed, and no further charges will be billed.

    2. Pausing Services: If you’d like to temporarily pause services rather than cancel, we’re happy to accommodate. Just let us know as soon as possible, ideally 14 days before the pause. Pauses can be arranged for up to three months, after which we’ll check in to confirm your plans.

    4. Resuming Services: If you decide to resume services after a pause, we’ll work with you to restart smoothly. While we’ll do our best to maintain your prior schedule and package, availability may vary depending on current client commitments.
